Charlie Bathgate is a partner and the CEO of two companies; Flammarion and Sang Lucci. Flammarion is a hedge fund consisting primarily of automated traders and Sang Lucci is a trader education service.
Charlie’s father was an options market maker, and trading has been a part of Charlie’s life for as long as he can remember. Now, he and his brothers and sister have significant roles in the industry as well.
Our conversation ran the gamut, ranging from Charlie’s observations from working with and assessing traders, to the importance of humility, and how to “own your strategy.” He also shared the benefits of psychology, biohacking, and innovative technology.
